Moroccan Meatball Spice,½ tsp. black pepper ground,¾ tsp. salt,½ tsp. paprika,½ tsp. cumin ground,,Sauce:,3 tbsp. olive oil,1 small onion finely chopped,3 large tomatoes grated,1 clove of garlic crushed,1 tbsp. fresh parsley finely chopped,1 tsp. tomato paste,1 tsp. paprika,¼ tsp. salt,¼ tsp. cumin ground,¼ tsp. Moroccan Meatball Spice,? tsp. black pepper ground,,First in a hot skillet add olive oil and chopped onion; sauté for about 8 minutes until almost brown. Add fresh tomato juice (from the grated tomatoes) garlic and tomato paste. Last add spices: paprika salt cumin Moroccan Meatball black pepper and fresh parsley. Mix well; lower heat and cover.,,Meanwhile use your hands to mix the ingredients for the meatballs together. Roll the meat into small I inch round balls.
